上海绿丝带志愿者服务中心是成立于2009年5月，主要关注来沪人员子女的一家非盈利性慈善组织。
Shanghai Green Ribbon Volunteer Service Center is a NGO which was founded in May, 2009. We concern with the children whose parents are immigrant workers from other provinces.

通过志愿者与孩子们创作剧本、编排剧情，再由志愿者为孩子们拍摄、编辑，使得孩子通过观看视频从而提升自我的自信心，让孩子能更加健康、快乐成长。让自信的笑容出现在孩子们的脸上，引导他
们以积极的态度面对生活，树立正确的人生观和价值观，并能让其全面发展。项目将通过视频网站发布的形式让更多伙伴看到，让更多有社会责任心的伙伴参与其中。
Volunteers with children by writing scripts, organizing the plot, then volunteer for the children shooting, editing, making children by watching the video so as to enhance self
-confidence, so that children can be more healthy, happy growth. So confident smile in the faces of the children and guide them to a positive attitude towards life, establish a
correct outlook on life and values, and to allow their full development. Project will be released in the form of a video site to see more partners, more socially responsible
partners involved.

职位职责：
Responsibilities：
1、 负责项目的计划、执行、协调工作；
Responsible for the planning, implementation, coordination；
2、 协助项目团队进行项目调研、完成项目调研报告；
Investigation of the Project to assist the project team to complete the project research report；
3、 协助项目团队对项目进行评估、审查，完成项目各项评估报告；
To assist the project team on project evaluation, review the evaluation reports of completed projects；
4、 负责项目开展成本，确保项目顺利开展；
Responsible for carrying out the cost of the project to ensure smooth project；
5、 推广项目进程，发展项目合作伙伴；
Promotion of the project process, development partners；
6、 负责安排项目会议、日常邮件、收发文管理、物品采购等工作。
Responsible for arranging project meetings, daily e-mail, send and receive text management, procurement, etc.
职位要求：
Requirements：
1、 具有摄像、摄影、编导、社工相关工作经验；
With video, photography, director, social workers, relevant work experience
2、 对公益组织环境及工作有所了解，具有参与公益组织发展的愿望；
Organizational environment and work on the public some understanding of organizational development with the desire to participate in public；
3、 具备汉语和英语表达能力，包括很好的写作技能
With Chinese and English communication skills, including excellent writing skills；
4、 有良好组织协调能力，良好的解决实际问题以及突发事件的能力，工作积极主动，能承受工作压力；
Good organization and coordination capacity, good to solve practical problems and breaking events, proactive work, can work under pressure；
5、 掌握基本的计算机软硬件知识，熟练操作Office等常用办公软件。
Have basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, proficiency in Office and other common office software.
